About Cat.

I have always been a lover of knowledge, fascinated with books learning. I became interested & more focused on metaphysics, science, & spirituality during my later teenage years of life. I have been involved with reiki, chakras, yoga, essential oils and meditation for 7 years now. I was obsessed with learning everything holistic, metaphysic, vibrational & everything in-between these topics. 

 
Four years later, once I was diagnosed with a rare terminal disease, I came to the realization that I made the right choice in getting involved with energy healing. Reiki has helped me come to terms with my disease. It has released my stress & anxiety in so many ways.

I have had many traumatic experiences previously throughout my life as well.

A rough childhood.

​

During a hard divorce that took everything that I had & loved. This energy was there for me.

​

When I broke my back in my car accident, I let the love of energy soothe my heart & heal my broken body & soul. 

I just couldn't let my negative experiences take over my life. The power of positivity is very real & I want to show others that the beauty of energy healing is, indeed, love & positive energy. That your body cannot beat your soul. That you can be bright in times of darkness.

  
I wanted to share this experience with you, because if your here with me, then you have come to the realization that you are a spiritual being & your soul wants more. That you are also in need of your own deep healing.
